CreateTrackable radians facing instead of degrees

On latest version, 1.36.2.21230, CreateTrackable appears to take facing in radians.

The documentation currently says it would take degrees: https://github.com/lep/jassdoc/blob/54d07bd9d4ab17c1ee16761fc0c5ad97f60c34fc/common.j#L18652

Is this just wrong or was there a regression by wc3 patch? I, too, thought, that the function took degrees before.
