Default Library Path on Linux

I have read the documentation which specifies that the default library location is /share/leocad/library.bin and /usr/share/leocad/library.bin, however I have searched the whole system and the lbrary.bin file doesn't exist at all.

Is it referencing a different file? Do I need to create this file?

I'm using Ubuntu 25.04 and leocad version 23.03
