Submodel boundary box is not updated to enclose all elements/movements

Describe the bug complex submodel assemblies can be moved and adjusted - the bounding box volume on main model is not updated to reflect volume changes and positions, resulting in the incapacity to select submodel from any of its currently contained components.

Expected behavior bounding box should be updated as models are moved or repositioned
