Setting current step gets undone when using Ctrl+Z for part edit

Describe the bug Setting current step and then pressing Ctrl+Z after moving a part or needing an edit to be undone after setting the current step ends up showing all parts and submodels not in same step.

Expected behavior When setting current step in timeline, Ctlr+Z shoudl only affect part edits, not step focus.
