Describe the bug Unexpected Error when closing LEOCAD

To Reproduce Always after closing the app.

Expected behavior No crash

This is a bug in the framework I use to write the app, I've submitted a patch but it will take a while for an update to be released as this is not something I have any control over. Maybe installing the DirectX runtime from Microsoft will fix this for you: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
