Add "Defaults Lights" settings similar as it implemented in Blender ("OpenGL Lights" settings)

Do you have a reason to call the option "Default Lights"? As far as I know, unless flat lighting is chosen, there is only one lighting mode. Shouldn't an option just be called "Lights"?

There should be two things implemented for this feature request:

  • "Lights" tab in "Preferences" dialog — to set default lights preset used on each session start;
  • "Lights" widget/panel — could be enabled/disabled as other widgets/panels, so user may adjust lights on-the-go during editing model (without changing default lights preset).

I think a more general solution would be to implement the INCLUDE meta functionality, like Lpub3d.

The plan is to let users add their own lights, that mode will be called something like "Lights".

Happy to hear that this is on TODO list!

But, guess, OpenGL lights (locked to viewport of working area) & light sources (lamps & placed on scene; not locked to viewport) should be two different features and both should be in LeoCAD, similar to how it works in Blender.
