Epub output

Would it be possible to output the files as epub to send them through here: https://www.amazon.com/sendtokindle?

This tool only supports MOBI/AZW3 output. Other tools to convert MangaDex manga to EPUB exist, but I do not know which one is the best. I've also heard that the sendtokindle EPUB conversion has some problems like limiting the resolution of images.
