Battery module

Create a battery module that handles proper reporting and recording of battery level. Raise appropriate alarms on Alarm module when switching to the battery or when the battery level goes down a defined pourcentage. See to link to Monitor module as well to have a visual information about battery state (not necessary required as of could be by default on baterry hardware).
