Dunner installer script needs several fixes

Describe the bug

  1. Commands like rpm and dpkg should be invoked with sudo.
  2. Should use package repositories rather getting the .rpm or .deb files from GitHub ( Unless users won't get new updates when they do apt-get update etc )
