wait i reamber before with jetpack 4.6.1 it didn't say board missing until jetpack 5.0

I 100% to say is jetpack 5.0 issue This issue only happened on jetpack 5.0 not

 same board on jetpack 4.6.1

i also find other issue memory only shows ram not vram  unlike this one in jetpack 4.6.1  and meny info missing  on jetpack 4.6.1 

And FAN control function is failed

lavapipe similar to (that is jetpack 4.x with ubuntu 20.04) https://github.com/rbonghi/jetson_stats/issues/173 but my issue is on jetpack 5.0 

Of course Orin is not exist in l4t 32.X at all And jtop are not made for Orin jetpack 5.0 yet
