Add my code folder for the 100devs calculator pushwork

I completed the challenge: 5 I feel good about my code: 3 I had to get help with the JS and I didn't use a constructor, so I think I should go back and re-do it all. I learned some new things though! I think my CSS could have been a little more clean, too, instead of using margin to push everything around.
