[Feature] Toggle for "Hide App" feature

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Many users have problems launching the app when its hidden. So they cannot access their data.

Describe the solution you'd like A toggle in the "Hide App"

• When disabled the Photok icon just changes but still starts Photok normally
• When enabled the icon forwards to the phone dialer (like today)

Default would be disabled.
