Open local filename as a new SublimeTab

Nice plugin! Would it be possible to have this behaviour too: CTRL+ALT+ENTER on a filename opens it in a new tab of Sublime?

CTRL+ALT+ENTER on:

• URL => browser
• not an URL => tries to open it in a new Sublime Tab, if it's not a filename (e.g. if you CTRL+ALT+ENTER on Hello) it could just silently fail
