Error parsing some PNG files

Error loading some PNG files, they read corrupted. I'm attaching two examples of this case:

In the greendecovertical.png (attached file), it reads as there are "scanlines" in the file, where it's only a flat color. (If you delete a single pixel on the image file, it works)

On bookedgeclips.png (attached file), it gets resized, out of place, with odd colors.

Is there a solution for this?
