Build issues in Visual Studio 2015

I'm having some issues with the build on my Windows 7 machine with Visual Studio 2015. Where is directory PngCsCl referenced from the solution file?

(The error message produced by VS is "The project file could not be loaded. Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Source.git\pngcs\PngCsCl\PngCsCl.csproj'.")

I'm willing to make repairs and even create a NuGet for this code, but I need some help with how this is supposed to work. Maybe I'm just missing some instructions for how to build this?
