Freezes VSCode & Discord on Crostini when turned on

When I have Discord & VSCode open & I try to connect, this extensions freezes both VSCode & Discord & it can only be "fixed" by closing one of the two.

I assume this is a bug with Crostini but I do not have a ChromeOS device or a way to test this myself
