Setup Github Pages

🚀 Feature Request

As a follow-up of #218, we should setup Github Pages for this repo to host statically-generated docs. Docs may include:

  • mdBook of the project, explaining the purpose, the architecture, the underlyings, etc.
  • Generated OpenAPI HTML docs (in a subfolder e.g. /api)
