[Issue] linux/arm64/v8 platform is not supported

Hello, as issue title points image is not compatible with linux/arm64/v8 platform what implies it won't work on Apple M1 Docker. Unfortunately I am afraid base library (google/usd_from_gltf) does not support it as well (ARM arch).
