Shadows not rendering properly

Open TomWTG opened this issue 11 months ago • 6 comments

Hello! [again]

I play on a modpack using Create and Steam&Rails, and I've noticed the shadows on the train tracks and trains would not render accurately.

To be a bit more specific, the shadows are rendered in the ground when you get close to the trains and train tracks. The farther you go from them, the more they seem accurate.

@Hellscaped after a weird chain of googling their name I found an Instagram profile with the same quality shader images, one of the posts had a hashtag finally referring me to https://conquestreforged.com/

sick.

Hello! sorry I took a while to answer.

I'm using the Bliss shaderpack, which is a fork from Chocapic if I'm not too mistaken. I heavily modified it but the problem is still apparent on the default settings.

I'll be offtopic as well but this is indeed a custom modpack using mainly Conquest Reforged amongst other creative mods out there.
