feat: Village composition display & commandline simplification

• This is a duplicate of my original PR https://github.com/leomelki/LoupGarou/pull/42 which automatically closed after I rebased my master branch

Main changes

• [x] /lg start and /lg end can now be called with and without a player name
• [X] The village composition is now displayed when the game ends, and the winners names are showcased in the chat window when applicable
