Hello Leohsuofnthu I am very interested by your work and would like to run your code. However, the dataset of the spine segmentation challenge in CSI2014 is no more available : http://spineweb.digitalimaginggroup.ca/spineweb/index.php?n=Main.Datasets#Dataset_2.3A_Spine_and_Vertebrae_Segmentation

It seems that the server is no more available.

Would you be kind enough to upload the dataset on Github or send it to me ([email protected]) ? Kind regards, JM

Apparently the SpineWeb team is not acting on access requests anymore, but since the dataset was released into the public domain, I have put it on Zenodo. You can now find the dataset from the CSI 2014 workshop here: https://zenodo.org/record/7049844
