can't upload a video file

I get this when trying to upload mp4 video WARNING: Failed to UPLOAD_LOCAL on MyAlbum MyVideo.mp4 identified as LOCAL_ONLY. This was due to [Errno 32] Broken pipe

Is this repeatable? Does the same file fail every time? How big is it?

Good spot. As specified there I'm unlikely to fix it, but very willing to accept a patch if anyone has time to take a look
