FormBorderStyle fixed styles are not honored

When I use any of the fixed border styles, MaterialSkin still lets me resize the window. It should not do it, fixed border styles should not be resizable. Ok, it's good that we have "Sizable" property, but still it would be intuitively better to deduce Sizable state also from default Windows Forms setting, as most developers are used to it.
