Blue edging in ComboBox in spite of selected theme

There is some paint issue with ComboBox: it shows a blue edging/border in spite of a selected theme. https://youtu.be/lbZMKtuFMCc

That blue edge is part of the gdi calls to draw the combo items, it can be changed, but not easily. See #132
