Can we please migrate to null-safe?

I created the PR https://github.com/leocavalcante/page_view_indicator/pull/22 migrating the code to null safe

I also created the package https://pub.dev/packages/page_view_indicator_ns which is a fork from this package just migrated to null safety. I have no plans to maintain this package. As soon as null safety lands on the original package, i'll abandon this one i made.
