This PR will remain a draft until Thomas completes his layout work.

  • [x] Add show-layouts command.
  • [x] Improve existing help-for-layouts command.
  • [x] Use textwrap.dedent to remove unwanted leading whitespace.
  • [x] leoSettings.leo: Add Settings:Show Settings:Show Layouts menu item.
