multi-plane ray-tracing in non-flat cosmology backgrounds

iterative ray-tracing in multi-plane with non-flat background cosmologies are not implemented yet and need to have either a warning when attempting to execute or to be implemented. A test function is there that is avoided in the multi_plane_dev branch. Please use this branch to fix this issue.
