Add popularity metrics

It would be useful to add popularity metrics to LensKit, based on measures in the existing literature.

Candidates:

• popularity rank
• popularity (# of ratings)
• log popularity
• popularity distribution (cumulative)

The design for this metric will need to be a little different, since it needs access to the popularity data.
