Make logs view tail

Great stuff with exposing the logs through my browser, I think that's an amazing feature. Definitely going to help. Last thing I could suggest would be to have a view that "streams / tails" the logs in the browser. So we don't have to refresh : http://localhost:3030/logs/broker.log

Thanks! I'll leave this to our web dev team, but I think it will be of lower priority for now.
