Add global option to hide verbose last-applied-configuration in editor
What would you like to be added:
Whenever I edit resources, there is often a kubectl.kubernetes.io/last-applied-configuration label which contains the whole thing inline and is overly verbose and is frustrating when always having to scroll past it or maybe even accidentaly adapting values there because it looks similar.
Why is this needed:
see above
Environment you are Lens application on:
- Kubernetes distribution: [EKS, AKS, GKE, Rancher, ...]
- Desktop OS: <the OS Lens app runs on in your case>
Hi @steebchen , Thank you for reaching out! We have received your enhancement request and will inform our development team .
Hello @steebchen,
This is indeed a very reasonable request. We’ve already added this to our backlog for future improvements. We’ll explore adding a preference or default collapsed view, so the information remains available without cluttering the editor. Your feedback is very helpful for improving the overall editing experience in Lens.
