@rahul-meesho did you try to reinstall Lens from scratch?

Can you try to start Lens from the terminal to see if there are any visible errors in the log output?

I am having the same issue. If I restart multiple times I can get it to work....sometimes. Here is my terminal output.

Note. I downloaded the newest version and tried running again. No joy. Ran it as sudo from command line and that ran. Of course I needed to log in again...but no big deal.

Did a full uninstall on my Mac today (including cleaning up all logs, caches, app support, and home folder). Reinstalled with the latest and took about 30 minutes to re-set everything up. Seems to work now.

Annoying...but easy enough fix.

This is occurring to me too. Reinstall worked once, but when it started happening again on a second reinstall, it still occurs!

I bet you guys some some leftovers of the old app. Try to get AppCleaner and uninstall when it's active - it will show you all folders/files that app owns and won't delete after uninstall. I'm running latest lens on tahoe and it works fine.
