Command Palette: View Events

What would you like to be added:

• Add a shortcut to the command palette "Cluster: View Events" to switch to the events screen.

Why is this needed:

• Other (important) resources already exist
• I check events pretty often

Environment you are Lens application on:

• Kubernetes distribution: 1x K3s, 3x DigitalOcean Managed K8s, 1x GKE
• Desktop OS: macOS 14.4.1, MBP 16" 2021 with M1 Max and 64 GiB RAM
