Increase hotbar width / make it re-sizable to allow friendly names in the hotbar

What would you like to be added:

1. Modify the hotbar to allow a 15-charecter friendly name, so that users who have many clusters defined can scroll vertically and select the right one. Currently we have only 12 that you can add there.
2. Ideally allow a ICON/gif as well to the left/right of the charecter-string-friendly-name
3. And further, possibly make GIF/full-name display a user preference choice.
4. Also make the hotbar hidable
5. Eventually, allow the hotbar to have groups of clusters, that are collapsible & expandable to allow groupings for example "dev", "stage", "department1", "department2"

Why is this needed: Some users have many k8s clusters in their environments, including groups of clusters like dev/stg/prod/department etc. Above features make it user friendly and convenient to manage. Current 12 in hotbar looks like a arbitrary limitation.

I, too, would prefer to use a short friendly/name alias list rather than icons in the hotbar. Trying to trick the three-letter generator on top of the auto-icon isn't helpful.
