UI - Browse All - Context menu control blocked by another UI element

Describe the bug When you try and access the context menu as it is hidden by another control.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have a lot of kubeconfig files
2. Try and open the context (three dots) menu on the last or second-from-last item

You are not able to scroll this away to get at it as it is the last one in the list.

Expected behavior Should be able to easily click the context menu
