Export typings for globals as part of extension API

What would you like to be added: Proper typings being exported for the globals that we expose as part of the extension API.

Such as:

  • React
  • mobx
  • ...

Why is this needed: So that extension developers can be in sync both with the versions being used and the types at the same time with one version and package of @k8slens/extensions.

Environment you are Lens application on:

  • Kubernetes distribution: [EKS, AKS, GKE, Rancher, ...]
  • Desktop OS: <the OS Lens app runs on in your case>
