I published a forked version which I've been using for our real-world deployments, so fairly sure. It's also consistent with the documentation [I linked above](https://docs.drone.io/api/builds/build_promote/) which instructs to pass parameters...

For what it's worth, I think passing build parameters in the request body would be far _better_ given their likelihood to contain sensitive data.

Note: I haven't been able to update any of the unit tests since it appears the existing test suite runs against an actual live Drone instance, so it is not...
