Power consuption

Would be nice to show, among other data, the GPU power consumption and the whole power consuption.

For now, the app is limited to data that is provided by the remote management spec (see https://github.com/lennykean/ClaymoreMiner.RemoteManagement). But if there is a cross-platform way to get power consumption data, I'd love to take a pull request!
