Create a "Split Single System" View

It would be similar to SingleSystemView but the score prefix (the clef, time signature and key signature, as well as instruments/groups bracets/brackets and their names) will be pinned to the left edge of the paper and do not move on scroll. They only will be updated when any of the elements change.

This was suggested in #120
