LoginSecurity asks users to register with /register, even when disabled

LoginSecurity asks users to register with /register, even when disabled. The disabled message only shows when they attempt to register, which is frustrating.

I think it should only show the disabled message, and not the "please register with /register". Ours redirects users to a Discord server to register, I'd rather just show that.
