Player Bug (Player is disconnected but player's account is still on the server)

I will explain this in a specific way. A Player joins, lags a bit.. gets disconnected. Player tries to re join but cannot join because the player is already existing on the server. AND NO IT IS NOT SOMEONE ELSE IMPERSONATING SOMEONES ACCOUNT. ALSO, WE WAITED 1 WHOLE HOUR AND PLAYER STILL CANT JOIN. Please help us fix this problem. Thanks in advance!

this issue sounds unrelated to loginsecurity... LoginSecurity simply checks of another player who is authenticated and has the same name is currently online, and if yes, prevents the player from being able to log in.
