Update to MVC5 and elFinder 2.1.18. Also added multiple themes (see: BundleConfig.cs)

@leniel , FYI - If you're wondering about changes to the .cs files, I can assure you no logic in your connector has been changed. The changes simply consist of the following:

  1. 90% or more is just code cleaned up with CodeMaid (code tidy up)

  2. The other changes to the .cs files are just things like removing the old attribute routing and using MVC5's built-in attribute routing instead..

Please download this branch and run it.. you will see all is working well.
