Add R version for each chapter

Hey, I would like to work on this! I'm fairly new here and have little experience with Python and R. What exactly are you looking for?

Hey @LittleSodium , the idea is that for all the script in the first 3 chapters, lets try to have an equivalent version in R. It can be 3 different Pull Requests if you want :D

Alright! I'll start off with Chapter 1 first and see how it works out, will continue with others once I feel confident enough. Will definitely require a decent amount of guidance :p
