Balance map difficulty
we should come up with a list of things which contribute to map difficulty, to lend some objectivity and provide some metrics to balance.
A couple of things come to mind, although I'm sure there are more.
- The desert map is too hard. It's also longer than the others (although I think the others ought to be expanded, as opposed to the other way around).
- The sewer map has too many of those little I-beams at the start, making it difficult to navigate.
