Noi Noi and ChatGpt failed to connect/login to chatgpt site.

It cannot login to https://chatgpt.com

. i tried login using google account it also resulted the same way. I also tried using ChatGpt, it show "are you human" challenge and it can login , but failed when it tried to load chatgpt's side menu.

for Noi, it failed to load, and FYI, "are you human" challenge never showed up in.

Click on the NOI icon in the taskbar（or ctrl + shift + m ）, and a ChatGPT tray will pop up (if it doesn’t, set ChatGPT to the system tray)

After logging in here, you can use it like normal

Or try to deep clean cache data: delete all files and folders in the NOI_PATH directory, and only keep the extensions directory and the file directory with the prefix noi_.

NOI_PATH:

macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Noi
windows: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Noi

After deep cleaning the cache, put the extensions and noi_ folders back to NOI_PATH, and then restart the Noi application.

⚠️ Note: Be sure to keep or back up the file directories prefixed with noi_, which are data related to Noi, such as application preferences, prompt, noi ask input cache, etc.

Deep clean cache not working for me. @COAIX solution works for me. Thank you. i use .appimage on linux (if this information can help: i use fedora42ws, kernel-6.13.11-200.fc41.x86_64).
