[Bug] Markdown tables exported as fenced block code ```

Bug description

Exported markdown tables from the app are formatted as fenced block code rather than tables: https://www.markdownguide.org/extended-syntax/#fenced-code-blocks

Specifically, tables are enclosed using "```" backtick/grave accent syntax which causes the tables to appear as block code when imported into a Markdown editor.

To reproduce the bug, prompt the ChatGPT app to produce a markdown table comparing for example the Mona Lisa and Colgate toothpaste. Then export the chat as markdown. Open the markdown file in a text editor and you'll notice something like the following:

Notice how this table appears as a block code above rather than a table. That is because of the starting and end three backticks, which for some reason is exported from the ChatGPT app. In order for it to appear as a table in a Markdown editor, you have to remove the starting and ending "```"
