[Feature] Add formatting spacing between elements (e.g., paragraph, headings, etc) to mirror web app experience

Feature description

When accessing ChatGPT's responses via the web-based platform https://chat.openai.com/chat/, textual elements are formatted with line spacing to enhance readability. However, when accessing responses via the independent ChatGPT app on Mac Catalina OS, this formatting spacing is not included. This occurs both in plain text and markdown responses, i.e., responses where the user has to ask ChatGPT to format the answer in markdown. To ensure a consistent user experience and ease of readability, I recommend adding formatting spacing to the app to match the web-based platform. Thanks for creating this great app!
