[Bug] Pressing Enter in the prompt box results in a line break most of the time

Bug description

When pressing enter, a line break is inserted instead of the user prompt getting sent. I'm not entierly sure why it's this way, because i am certain that few times I clicked Enter and my prompt was sent

The same is true in MacOS Ventura, or at least in the tray. It seems to work elsewhere. Edit: I noticed that once I resize the window down to where it's narrow enough where the sidebar on the left disappears the enter key no long works as submit. If I expand it to be wider it works again.
