[Bug] Cant get login on desktop ChatGPT and the verify my accounr and sign up for the 30 dollars a month why is the an issue

I keep loosing access after reboot our logout. Changed my passoword manny still way to resolve. I I am paying better access but it's just worst.

I dont know what the following is referring to" Try again using the authentication method you used during sign up. (error=identity_provider_mismatch) " there is nothing in my email or phone

Hi, this error is not related to the application, you can try to login in your browser, if you encounter the same problem again, please contact openai for help.
Try logging with Google. It works for me.I remenber signing up with Google authorization and no password set.
How is that done there are no instructions to the failure Why not use 2 factors -David

I got same problem but even worse. I tried to login with google account, feedback error: error=identity_provider_mismatch I tried to login with email address, feedback erro:error=identity_provider_mismatch Tell me what is the correct way.
Ditto just tell us what to do. Not that hard one would think
