Error message

I encountered the following problem. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled it, but it still does not solve the problem. "Your authentication token has expired. Please try signing in again."

这个错误是由于cookie造成的。我已经通过如下步骤解决此问题：（1）在软件右上角点击鼠标左右键，选择在新窗口中打开链接。（2）找到目前正在使用的cookie，清除以后就可以重新登录账号。
