Custom CSS to shrink New chat button and put the MacOS traffic lights lower down there

Motivation

To align with default positioning of traffic lights of modern MacOS apps, it would look nicer if the lights werent so far up to the top left

Additional context

I doubt anyone needs the new chat button to be as long as it is. If the button was shrunk to make space for traffic lights, I couldnt see any usability issues coming up (yet).
